A human creature born abnormally, inhumanly sensitive.

To him… a touch is a blow,
a sound is a noise,
a misfortune is a tragedy,
a joy is an ecstasy,
a friend is a lover,
a lover is a god,
and failure is death.

Add to this cruelly delicate organism the overpowering necessity to create, create, create - - - so that without the creating of music or poetry or books or buildings or something of meaning, his very breath is cut off from him. He must create, must pour out creation. By some strange, unknown, inward urgency he is not really alive unless he is creating.

Pearl S. Buck, (1892-1973), recipient of the Pulitzer Prize in 1932 and of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1938, said the following about Highly Sensitive People

did some diy facial scrub for my face again,

organic rolled oats, organic 100% cocoa powder, honey and water

I find that this recipe helps to brighten my skin a lot, compared to the one without adding cocoa powder in it.

For this, I use dutch processed cocoa powder, because the dutch processed cocoa powder isn’t that acidic, compared to which the unsweetened natural cocoa powder is in its acidic state, therefore this leads me to my decision to use the dutch processed powder for incorporating into my skincare masks/scrubs.

On the other hand, if I am gonna make a hot chocolate drink, I would choose the unsweetened natural cocoa powder, since it contains more antioxidants :D.

WildRoot Botanicals Geranium Skin Creme
I am in love with Wildroot’s organic skin care products, along with their floral water, and would really love to get some of their Organic Teas and Drinking Chocolates.
Back last month, I did get a bottle of their Wild Rose Water to give their products a try, and the rose water is just fantastic, the smell and how revitalising it feels on my skin. Definitely am gonna add Wildroot’s products in my skin care routine : ); either mixing together with my argan oil and other organic oils, or just solely apply the cream on my face.
